Job Overview
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to support contacting leads through cold direct messaging on Facebook. The company supplies the contact list and exact message templates to use — there is no need for self-prospecting or content creation. The role involves executing the messaging process as instructed and reporting daily progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Send cold direct Facebook messages to assigned leads using provided templates.
- Follow up on conversations as per defined procedures, including reminders and handling objections.
- Update the status of each contacted lead in a tracking spreadsheet.
- Maintain the appropriate messaging frequency to protect the personal Facebook account.
Requirements
- Active personal Facebook account with at least five years of history.
- Strong English writing skills.
- Availability to work approximately 2 hours per day, 5 days a week.
- Reliable internet connection and personal device (computer or smartphone).
- Previous experience in customer service, messaging, or lead generation is desirable.
Work Schedule and Location
Flexible hours determined by the candidate within guidelines provided during the interview. Work is fully remote.
Compensation
