Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and recommend suitable food and beverage pairings, as well as suggest upsell options.
- Deliver high-quality, efficient, and friendly service consistent with the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and surrounding environment at all times.
- Respond to guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Provide professional, polite, and adaptable service in alignment with Rixos performance standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility by rotating through various subdepartments within the Food & Beverage Division or other hotel departments as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
- New graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in 4- or 5-star hotels.
- Strong adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operational standards.
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
