Role overview
This position is for a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse activities for key account customers in the tire and FMCG sectors. The role focuses on planning daily operations, distributing orders, controlling stock, administering WMS/OMS processes, and making the best use of available warehouse space.
Core responsibilities
- Run warehouse operations for key account clients, ensuring daily activity planning, order assignment, stock control, WMS/OMS coordination, and effective use of storage capacity.
- Prepare and review operational performance reports and KPI dashboards covering inventory, inbound and outbound movements, BOE, allocation, and storage/handling.
- Coordinate value-added services such as RFID tagging, GSO/EU labeling, MOIAT submissions, repacking, palletizing, and wrapping.
- Organize incoming and outgoing activity, including container handling, transport scheduling, and delivery planning.
- Handle month-end closing and customer invoicing, including billing calculations, AR/AP reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Manage warehouse vendors and service partners through contract oversight, expense control, labor planning, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain strong order fulfillment levels, inventory accuracy, and compliance with customer-specific requirements across warehouse and transport activities.
Education and experience
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or another relevant field is required. The role calls for more than 7 years of proven warehouse operations experience, ideally with key accounts in tire or FMCG. Candidates should also bring practical exposure to WMS/OMS platforms, operational reporting, billing, financial reporting, and vendor management.
Skills and competencies
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, clear communication, sound problem-solving ability, excellent organization, and a solid understanding of warehouse best practices.
