Web Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled hybrid Web Designer / Developer to join our agency team. This hands-on position involves creating visually appealing and user-centric websites, blending strong design capabilities with clean front-end development. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a range of digital projects for both internal brands and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create responsive, high-quality websites from initial concept through to launch.
• Maintain and upgrade existing websites to ensure security, functionality, and currency.
• Design intuitive user experiences paired with visually attractive interfaces.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of digital projects.
• Diagnose and resolve website issues, enhancing performance and usability.
• Manage content updates via CMS platforms.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Web Designer and Developer.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma for UI design.
• Strong front-end coding skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies and website structures.
• Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or similar.
• Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
