About The Role

Join Water Corporation as a Work Planning Coordinator in Karratha, where you will oversee the preparation and management of the regional work program. This includes planning, programming, reporting, and customer engagement to ensure operational activities are properly executed and assets function as intended. The role involves reviewing work completion accuracy and adherence to resource limits while providing process support, training, and coaching to optimize regional work program effectiveness.

Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills are essential to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders. Experience with systems such as Maximo, SAP, and Power BI is advantageous. A broad understanding of field-based service delivery and the risks associated with ineffective operations and maintenance delivery is also important.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage preparation of regional work programs, including planning, programming, reporting, and customer liaison.
• Verify work completion accuracy and compliance with resource constraints.
• Provide process support, training, and coaching within the region.
• Monitor and optimize effectiveness of regional work programs and planning.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to support successful work delivery.

Additional Information

• This is a fixed-term position up to 12 months, based in Karratha.
• Salary is $101,711 plus 12% superannuation, including employer co-contributions and North West allowances.
• Enjoy a 9-day fortnight and flexible work hours.
• Receive two well-being days annually, separate from standard sick/personal leave.
• Access a co-contribution superannuation scheme with an additional 2% employer contribution when electing to salary sacrifice 2%.

Qualifications and Experience

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with substantial experience in field work planning or management within large infrastructure-based organizations, OR
• Extensive experience in field work planning or management in large infrastructure-based service organizations.
• Possession of a valid Western Australian driver’s license is required.
