About the internship
Brain Quest is looking for a remote intern to support outbound prospecting and lead generation activities for its web design and digital services business. The role is focused on identifying potential clients, building accurate prospect lists, initiating outreach, and helping convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
What you will do
- Research potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, company directories, and similar prospecting tools.
- Create and keep updated a well-organized database of prospects with reliable contact details.
- Find the right decision-makers and collect useful business background information.
- Place cold calls to present the company’s services and spark interest.
- Screen prospects by checking their needs, budget, and authority to make decisions.
- Arrange meetings or product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Stay in touch with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
- Record leads, call outcomes, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM.
- Work toward lead generation, outreach, and appointment-setting goals on a consistent basis.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion performance.

Compensation and schedule
The internship offers a stipend of INR 5,000 to 10,000 per month. The role is remote and the working pattern is 5 days a week.
Additional requirements
- Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in cold calling, telecalling, or lead generation is preferred.
- Strong spoken communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- You should be comfortable persuading prospects, handling objections, and negotiating effectively.
- The role involves making 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
- You should be self-driven, target-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Good English proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages will be helpful.
- B2B lead generation and cold calling experience is important for success in this role.
- Capability to research and qualify potential clients is needed.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Search, and CRM tools is preferred.
