About the Organization
Healthy Aging India (HAI), founded in 2013, works to build awareness and support systems for older adults in India. The organization focuses on health education, care support, and intergenerational empowerment, while also promoting regular health checkups across different regions. Its long-term mission is to help seniors age in a way that is healthy, joyful, and independent. In partnership with the Department of Geriatric Medicine at AIIMS, New Delhi, HAI has conducted multiple health camps and seminars to strengthen awareness around elderly care.
Role Overview
The intern will support HAI’s digital communication, creative design, and social media outreach efforts. This role combines content creation, visual design, platform management, and performance tracking to help the organization communicate its campaigns and programs effectively.
Social Media Management
- Oversee and update the organization’s social channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish posts, reels, stories, and other campaign-led content.
- Build monthly content calendars that align with HAI’s ongoing activities and initiatives.
- Keep an eye on audience interactions and reply to comments and messages whenever needed.
Graphic Design
- Create polished visuals in Canva for social media, events, campaigns, and awareness drives.
- Develop posters, banners, certificates, invitations, brochures, newsletters, and presentation formats.
- Prepare simple infographics and impact summaries for donor and CSR communication.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication pieces.
Content Development
- Draft captions, blog posts, newsletters, website copy, and success stories.
- Capture organizational work through photos and short-form videos.
- Work with program teams to gather content from different projects and activities.
- Conceptualize creative campaigns for national and international awareness days.
Communication, Branding, and Documentation
- Support branding efforts for workshops, health camps, volunteer activities, fundraising initiatives, and CSR events.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and promotional collateral.
- Organize and maintain a digital archive of photographs, videos, and creative files.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Track social media results and compile monthly analytics reports.
- Review follower growth, engagement levels, and campaign outcomes.
- Share fresh ideas to strengthen digital reach and improve audience engagement.
Eligibility and Other Details
This is an in-office internship based in Delhi and Noida. Applicants must be available full time for 6 months, should be able to begin between 9 July 2026 and 13 August 2026, and should be from Delhi or Noida. Candidates are expected to have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or resume their careers are also encouraged to apply. The internship offers 2 openings and requires an immediate start. The stipend is INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
