About the Internship

This internship involves managing customer support interactions through various channels including calls, chats, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms. Interns will assist users with app-related queries, subscription issues, and basic troubleshooting. The goal is to ensure customers have a seamless experience by resolving concerns promptly. Interns will also work closely with different internal teams to escalate and close issues efficiently while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months. The internship start date should be between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026. Candidates are expected to possess relevant skills and have a genuine interest in customer support roles.

Stipend and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from 7000 to 10000 INR. Additional benefits include certification upon completion, a five-day workweek, and complimentary snacks and beverages during working hours.
