This internship with Compendious Med Works offers a unique opportunity to develop and sharpen skills in financial analysis, corporate operations, accounting, and statutory compliance within a healthcare-driven digital company. You will gain hands-on experience handling accounting tasks, investment research, compliance workflows, and preparing executive-level financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fundamental financial accounting tasks including ledger reconciliation and expense monitoring.
- Support corporate secretarial activities by preparing documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct research on both short-term and long-term investment vehicles, asset management strategies, and trading platforms.
- Create polished and insightful financial presentations and summarize data for executive review using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Audit financial records focusing on credit structures and asset utilization to assist executive decision-making.

Applicants must be able to work remotely and commit to a 6-month period starting between August 12 and September 16, 2026. Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication, preferably from ICSE/ISC educational backgrounds.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST.
- Possess a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet work environment ensuring no background noise during working hours and calls.
- Prior experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate operations.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, including formulas, data cleaning, modeling, and financial report generation.
- Knowledge of core accounting principles, compliance requirements, and investment research methods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data.
Compensation and Perks
- The stipend ranges from INR 8,000 to 18,000 per month, composed of a fixed portion of INR 5,000 to 14,000 and incentives of INR 3,000 to 4,000 monthly.
