Internship Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working remotely. Digital Heroes, a comprehensive digital marketing agency serving diverse clients across industries, invites interns to support and enhance their HR department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with the entire recruitment process including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and organizing interviews.
• Help facilitate smooth onboarding by managing documentation, conducting orientation, and supporting new employee acclimatization.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee data such as attendance records and HR databases efficiently.
• Organize employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and host company events to build a positive work environment.
• Participate in the development and improvement of HR documents including policies and offer letters.
• Work alongside departmental heads to determine hiring requirements and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
• Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and organizational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work from home.
• Availability to start the internship between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026.
• Commitment to a 3-month internship duration.
• Possess relevant skills and express interest in HR functions.

Additional Information

• Stipend: INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
• Number of openings: 20 positions available.
