Role Overview
This internship position involves delivering effective and engaging online math education to school-aged children. The intern will be responsible for designing a structured curriculum and daily lesson plans that meet the learning needs of diverse students. The teaching approach is student-centered, supported by continuous evaluation and incorporation of learner data to enhance progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and organize a structured math curriculum fostering clear and impactful learning experiences.
- Develop daily lesson plans aligned with educational objectives and tailored to student requirements.
- Conduct interactive online classes that encourage student participation and comprehension.
- Employ data-driven methods to track and assess each student's learning progress.
- Design and prepare practical learning exercises and materials to reinforce understanding.
- Offer individual guidance and customized support addressing unique student needs.
- Maintain sensitivity to students' varied cultural and social backgrounds to cultivate an inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate consistently with parents to share updates on their child's development and performance.
