Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer to produce detailed 3D models and superior quality renderings for interior and architectural projects. This role involves close collaboration with architects and interior designers to accurately translate project needs into realistic visual representations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and create high-quality visual renderings specific to interior and architectural designs.
• Utilize software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Lumion to craft photorealistic visualizations.
• Engage with project architects and interior designers to gather and comprehend detailed project specifications.
• Update and adjust designs responsively following client feedback to ensure that deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in industry-standard modeling and drafting software including SketchUp, 3ds Max, and AutoCAD.
• Experience using V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or Enscape for rendering applications.
• Strong grasp of the principles behind 3D modeling, texturing, lighting effects, and rendering techniques.
• Excellent creativity paired with meticulous attention to detail and effective teamwork skills.

Additional Information
