Job Overview

We are hiring a 4D/5D Specialist to join our Dubai office to advance our BIM integration and digital project delivery. Candidates should have robust expertise in Planning, Quantity Surveying, Project Controls, or Construction Management, plus extensive experience crafting 4D construction sequencing and 5D cost simulations utilizing BIM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee 4D construction sequencing by integrating BIM models with project schedules.
Create and maintain 5D cost simulations by linking BIM data with quantities and costs.
Work closely with Planning, Contracts, Quantity Surveying, and BIM teams to assure accurate project planning and digital delivery.
Customize BIM models for construction phasing, logistics, visualization, and stakeholder communication.
Import scheduling data from Primavera P6 and MS Project into BIM workflows.
Produce high-quality construction simulation videos and visual presentations.
Perform quantity verification and assist cost analysis through BIM-enabled workflows.
Track project progress digitally and suggest schedule improvements.
Ensure BIM models adhere to project standards, client requirements, and international construction norms.
Continuously assess new technologies to enhance project delivery and simulation quality.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to tackle planning, sequencing, and construction challenges.
Support digital transformation via advanced BIM techniques and automation.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in 4D/5D BIM, planning, quantity surveying, or project controls.
Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, lifecycle, and international building standards.
Proven experience with large-scale commercial, infrastructure, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, cost planning, and BIM coordination.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, project schedules, BOQs, and BIM models.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Capability to thrive in multidisciplinary project environments.

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
Experience with Autodesk BIM workflows and Common Data Environments (CDE) is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with BIM-based project controls and digital construction.
Familiarity with ISO 19650 BIM standards.
Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans and digital delivery workflows.
Work experience on international AEC projects, especially in the Middle East, is preferred.
