About the Role

Aquarelle Natural Services Inc is seeking a confident and motivated Sales Executive to manage and convert incoming leads into enrolled students for our Academic Professional Makeup Courses. This position is dedicated to enhancing student engagement and achieving enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students by calling and following up on leads.
• Identify student requirements and clearly explain course offerings.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed paid enrollments.
• Record daily follow-ups using CRM tools or Google Sheets to track progress.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission targets consistently.
• Collaborate effectively with the operations team once enrollments are secured.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency is advantageous.
• Either freshers or candidates with at least six months of experience in sales or telecalling roles.
• Confident, persuasive, goal-driven individuals who thrive on targets.
• Experience in sales related to education, beauty, or training sectors is favorable.
