Internship Overview
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Admin & Office Intern to maintain smooth office operations at our Warje, Pune location. This part-time, onsite internship offers flexible 4-hour workdays between 10 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, spanning 3 to 6 months. The role demands managing day-to-day administrative activities, vendor communications, facility upkeep, and supporting office logistics and event preparations.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure office essentials including stationery through purchasing and vendor liaison.
- Coordinate with maintenance and service providers for cleaning, repairs, internet, and other operational needs.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and fully functional, monitoring utilities and equipment like Wi-Fi, electricity, air conditioning, and furniture.
- Maintain inventory levels for pantry items, printer supplies, and stationery, arranging replenishments proactively.
- Manage vendor interactions by obtaining quotations, placing and tracking orders, and scheduling deliveries.
- Handle courier services, dispatches, banking errands, and official office-related tasks.
- Record daily attendance and provide operational support during photo shoots or events.
- Maintain records for petty cash, expenses, and office operations, escalating approvals as necessary.
Applicant Eligibility
- Candidates must be available part time and able to start between July 16 and August 20, 2026.
- Availability for a 3-month internship tenure is required.
- Applicants should possess relevant skills such as time management, interpersonal communication, and office administration.
- Preferred candidates have prior exposure to office operations, vendor coordination, attendance management, and basic productivity software.
- Owning a two-wheeler for office errands is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from INR 6,000 to 7,500, comprised of a fixed component (INR 5,000 to 6,000) plus incentives (INR 1,000 to 1,500).
- Travel reimbursements are provided for official errands using personal vehicles, excluding daily commutes.
- Additional perks include a certificate, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
- Meaningful responsibility and mentorship from the founder and team members are guaranteed from the outset.
- Outstanding interns may be considered for future full-time roles.
Additional Information
- Working hours: 4 hours daily, flexible between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

- Only official travel for work-related errands is reimbursed; daily commute expenses are not covered.
