Role Summary

We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic Facilities Management Trainee to join our team. This position provides hands-on exposure to facilities operation, overseeing maintenance activities, and delivering technical support across our retail spaces, offices, and warehouses. The trainee will collaborate closely with seasoned experts to build practical knowledge in facilities management and contribute to uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance executed by external service providers.
• Help monitor facility operations to ensure maintenance meets agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Participate in large-scale maintenance and repair projects alongside the Facilities team.
• Regularly visit retail outlets, offices, and warehouses to assess facility conditions and service standards.
• Contribute to the development of facility condition reports, highlighting maintenance requirements or improvement opportunities.
• Support reviewing reports on maintenance, asset lifecycles, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with departments such as Administration, Projects, Operations, and Retail to facilitate daily facilities activities.
• Maintain clear communication with landlords, mall administrators, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective facility management and compliance with safety norms.
• Ensure all documentation, maintenance logs, and reports are accurate and up to date.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate eligible under the Tamheer Program.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and communicative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
