Administration Assistant

About the Role

This position involves providing advanced, varied, confidential secretarial and administrative support within the engineering job family at Qatar Airways. The duties include generating business documents in consultation with the team, such as creating presentations and preparing spreadsheets, along with their distribution.

Additional responsibilities consist of preparing charts and compiling reports as needed, ensuring all files are comprehensive and properly organized, performing administrative tasks following established procedures, managing filing systems, categorizing and maintaining manuals and invoices, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling source data efficiently.

The role also requires researching information to initiate and complete assigned tasks, coordinating communications internally and externally, responding to complaints and inquiries, and providing explanations regarding policies and procedures related to internal staff inquiries.

Qualifications

• Applicants without a degree should hold a high school qualification (Grade 4) plus at least two years of relevant job experience.
• Alternatively, candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent must have at least one year of job-related experience.
