AI Project Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Project Coordinator to join our team remotely in the United States, working Pacific Time hours. This is a 12-month contract role, with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be able to work independently in the US without visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Nest and Hatch web platforms to provide updates on projects, track milestones, and generate status reports.
• Utilize approved AI coding tools such as Claude Code, MyClaw, and Gemini to implement new features, submit code changes, and optimize development workflows.
• Coordinate across developers, content creators, and cross-functional groups to keep project deliverables on schedule.
• Create and maintain automation workflows connecting internal content management systems with project tracking tools.
• Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions aimed at code generation, documentation, and improving communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with platform engineering teams to enhance internal websites and tools.
• Ensure accurate project documentation is maintained and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance, verify data accuracy, and promptly escalate any issues.
• Support onboarding processes and promote adoption of AI tools and internal workflows within project teams.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in application development, AI-assisted development, or project coordination.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or similar language model-based assistants.
• Proficiency in submitting code diffs and participating in code review processes.
• Background in building or maintaining web applications or internal platforms.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and dependencies effectively.
• Familiarity with integrating AI into development and production processes.
• Experience with project management platforms and development tooling.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication skills to enable smooth cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge and experience with AI-driven coding practices such as vibe coding, prompt engineering, and AI-based code generation.
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
• Insight into automation systems architecture, including integrations, workflows, triggers, and data flows.
• Experience coordinating projects involving external development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in user experience (UX), interaction design, or digital product design.
• Background in entertainment, streaming, or media production industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
