About the Role

Their focus includes data analytics, interoperability, digital engineering, and AI-powered healthcare platforms aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and management of scalable AI and platform products.
• Apply enterprise architecture principles following industry frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Develop platforms handling high-volume data, transactions, and computational workloads.
• Implement and oversee cloud-native and AI-native systems, including agentic and generative AI architectures.
• Engage with decision support technologies, enterprise search, medical imaging, and document intelligence in healthcare contexts.
• Leverage expertise in language models, fine-tuning techniques, and knowledge graphs.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with market leaders and client teams to advance AI offerings relevant to healthcare and life sciences.
• Track emerging AI trends to foster innovation and build partner ecosystems.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and support sales through marketing initiatives, proposal enhancements, reusable assets, and proof-of-concepts.
• Drive technical excellence across client engagements ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Exemplify company values by promoting entrepreneurship, challenging norms, and driving enduring transformations.

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence is required.
• At least 15 years of professional experience, with the last 5 to 7 years spent in leadership roles related to platform engineering; service experience adds value.
• Preferably experienced in healthcare or life sciences industries or other regulated domains like insurance or fintech.
