Role Overview

We are looking for an insightful and precise Analysis Specialist to enhance business decision-making by conducting comprehensive data analysis, preparing reports, and providing strategic insights. The role involves gathering and examining data from diverse origins to uncover trends, track performance, and offer data-driven recommendations that boost operational efficiency and company growth.

Key Duties

• Collect, verify, and analyze sizable data to detect patterns, trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Create regular and on-demand reports, dashboards, and performance metrics tailored for stakeholders.
• Develop analytical models and frameworks that assist in business planning and critical decision processes.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest enhancements grounded in analytic outcomes.
• Perform analyses covering market, operational, financial, or customer domains based on business requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend data-supported solutions to improve productivity and results.
• Work collaboratively with departments such as operations, finance, sales, marketing, and technology to understand needs and deliver analytics support.
• Ensure data used in reporting systems is accurate, consistent, and reliable.
• Communicate findings effectively through visualizations, detailed reports, and formal presentations.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning tasks where necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation for analytical methods and report generation procedures.
• Research market trends and compare organizational performance against industry benchmarks.
• Contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools, data governance frameworks, and business intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s qualification in fields such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
• Strong aptitude for analytical and quantitative problem solving.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and data reporting.
• Experience with SQL and relational database querying.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities including writing, speaking, and presenting.
• Attention to detail and dedication to ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Ability to function both independently and inside collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Advantageous knowledge includes data governance, reporting standards, and business process enhancement techniques.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise reporting systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytical software relevant to the role.
• Professional certifications in business analysis, data analytics, or project management are beneficial but not mandatory.
