Key Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to originating and executing financing assignments including capital raises, refinancings, recapitalizations, and M&A financings in collaboration with senior bankers, clients, and investors.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials such as client pitch decks, market updates, confidential information memoranda, and investor presentations to support deal origination and execution.
  • Construct and refine comprehensive financial models and credit analyses used for client presentations, lender diligence, and negotiation processes.
