Archi / Structural BIM Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator specializing in Architecture and Structural projects. The ideal candidate should hold a BIM Specialist Diploma or higher in BIM, Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee BIM coordination and modeling tasks.
• Develop, coordinate, and update BIM models for both Architectural and Structural projects efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a BIM Specialist Diploma or an equivalent higher qualification in relevant fields.
• Proven experience in BIM coordination and BIM modeling workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD software tools.
• Familiarity with Singapore's BIM standards and adeptness in project coordination within this context.
• Effective communication abilities and ability to collaborate within a team environment.
