Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural concepts through to project completion
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and necessary documentation
- Manage project delivery across all RIBA work stages
- Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in design meetings, site visits, and project evaluations
- Prepare submissions for planning permission and building regulations
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and industry standards
- Coordinate project data utilizing BIM and other digital design tools
- Contribute to successful delivery of projects predominantly in the healthcare sector across the UK
- Support innovative, sustainable, and client-focused design solutions
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Architect registered with the ARB; RIBA Chartered status preferred
- Proven experience managing projects through all RIBA stages
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software
- Strong technical detailing and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder engagement experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, working both independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality architectural design
- Healthcare industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Motivated to contribute to a growing firm with an exciting project pipeline
