Job Overview

The role involves leading project teams, managing construction and design projects primarily in the K-12, Higher Education, and Healthcare sectors, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Possess at least 10 years of professional experience working within K-12, Higher Education, and/or Healthcare markets.
• Demonstrated expertise with up-to-date document management technologies.
• Exhibit strong leadership capabilities to effectively guide staff, liaise with clients, and coordinate with contractors.
• Comprehensive understanding of contract terms and standard billing practices.
• Practical, hands-on experience with onsite construction fieldwork.
• Thorough knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering systems.
• In-depth familiarity with Texas building codes, ADA standards, and other relevant federal and industry regulations.
