Area Manager

Position Overview

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations across several hubs or clusters within the assigned region. Your role demands close monitoring of hub performance, productivity, attendance, and meeting operational goals. Ensuring efficient Cash on Delivery (COD) collection and deposits with minimal delay is critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple hubs/clusters to maintain smooth operational flow.
• Track and evaluate the performance and productivity metrics of each hub.
• Ensure timely collection of COD payments and prompt deposit to reduce pending amounts.
• Regularly monitor operational tracking tools and guarantee up-to-date information.
• Coordinate activities with Cluster Managers, Hub In-charges, and Team Leaders to align efforts.
• Identify and resolve any operational challenges quickly to avoid disruption.
• Manage workforce planning and assist in recruitment within the designated area.
• Oversee team performance and enforce adherence to company processes and policies.
• Address escalations promptly and maintain ongoing communication with senior management.
• Make certain all hubs operate continuously and meet business standards.
