Role Overview
As an Associate Client Manager, you will assist the Client Management team in fostering and expanding client relationships within the foundational segment, working to decrease client turnover and boost retention. You will support the sales lifecycle by aiding in commercial agreements and responding to client needs under guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage and grow relationships within assigned accounts to drive upselling and contract renewals.
- Contribute to minimizing client churn and maximizing retention by identifying opportunities.
- Support client satisfaction efforts by assisting in negotiations and commercial processes.
- Engage with clients to resolve issues and suggest solutions that align with company offerings.
- Assist in generating demand by identifying client needs through digital marketing channels.
- Build long-term client relationships by understanding their business context and strategy.
- Communicate the value proposition of NTT solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure desired outcomes under supervision.
- Use sales tools and methodologies to manage accounts, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Maintain open communication channels within accounts.
- Encourage revenue growth by promoting additional services.
- Serve as a dependable client contact to solidify business relationships.
- Strive to meet performance goals and capture opportunities while focusing on client service.
- Implement governance, compliance, and financial controls to manage risks and costs under supervision.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Business acumen in sales, understanding client business and commercial aspects.
- Client engagement skills with a focus on managing relationships and expectations to foster trust.
- In-depth knowledge of company offerings and industry trends to provide customized solutions.
- Ability to pursue opportunities and coordinate internal resources to close sales.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related sales field.
- Relevant vendor certifications are a plus.
- 1-2 years of entry-level experience in sales teams in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or technical support roles.
- Contact center experience within IT, preferably telecommunications or connectivity sectors.
- Background in inside sales or tele-sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com contact platform beneficial.
- Marketing or advertising experience is an additional asset.
