The Associate - SAS role involves the strategic oversight and implementation of Substation Automation Systems (SAS) at the head office. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of contracts for the Project Infrastructure Portfolio within renewable energy projects.
  • Interpret contract terms and ensure all involved parties adhere to them.
  • Track contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Maintain all contract-related documentation, amendments, and records in an organized manner.
  • Facilitate contract kick-off meetings and ensure alignment with contractors.
  • Monitor project milestones against the requirements outlined in the contracts.
  • Manage scope changes and process contract amendments for deviations.
  • Support the reconciliation of final accounts and oversee the closure of contracts.
  • Coordinate the resolution of contract disputes, claims, and manage extensions of time and cost escalations.
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms, relevant regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor Bank Guarantees (BGs) and other securities.
  • Oversee the timely fulfillment of contractual obligations and the completion of defect liability periods.

Technical Skills/Software

  • Familiarity with SAP and Ariba System.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure contracts, specifically for building works, roads, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Civil Engineering.
