Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Work with backend frameworks such as NestJS, Express, or Fastify.
• Design and support REST and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Use AWS services and follow contemporary software delivery practices.
• Apply software engineering principles such as SOLID, DRY, KISS, and Clean Code.
• Use data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques to improve performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows, including JWT and OAuth2/OIDC.
• Support API security, versioning, testing, Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting.
• Use GenAI tools to improve coding speed, debugging, testing, documentation, and overall productivity.
• Analyze issues, solve problems effectively, and collaborate with teams across locations.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Practical exposure to backend frameworks such as NestJS, Express, or Fastify.
• Solid knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed application design.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services and modern SDLC practices.
• Good understanding of secure authentication, authorization, and API protection concepts.
• Comfort with Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and supporting applications in production.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and performance tuning.
• Ability to use GenAI tools responsibly for development and productivity tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and independent working style.
• Capability to work effectively with distributed teams.
