Job Overview

As a Banquet Manager, you play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by leading the execution of all banquet functions with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude, actively seeking ways to enhance their experience.
• Coordinate and oversee diverse banquet events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Manage the setup of function rooms, ensuring all linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware meet event requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication of event details and updates with departments including Food and Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, Audio Visual, and Housekeeping.
• Supervise the proper breakdown of events and ensure equipment is stored correctly to prepare for future functions.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the banquet team, monitor performance, and nurture a positive work atmosphere.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to protect guests and staff well-being.
