Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead, develop, and execute a robust Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy throughout project stages, from pre-contract to completion and handover. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our head office in Citywest, Cork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the pre-construction team by reviewing tender documents such as Works Information and Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR) to identify the client's BIM and digital demands.
  • Conduct technical assessments of 3D BIM models received during tendering, including federation, engineering validation, clash detection, logistics, and cost oversight.
  • Support creation and implementation of project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP), and Model Production and Delivery Tables (MPDT), ensuring all internal and external stakeholders understand their responsibilities.
  • Co-lead the Digital Project Delivery kickoff meetings alongside the Information Manager to finalize project-specific DPD strategies with the management team.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to BIM Engineers, assisting them where needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 compliance.
  • Strong expertise in BIM documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects or Dalux (or other Common Data Environments), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and similar rendering software.
  • Completed a third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related field.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package.
  • 26 days of annual leave each year.
  • Access to a pension scheme.
  • Comprehensive supports covering health, wellbeing, and lifestyle.
  • Opportunities for career progression.
  • Additional benefits as part of our Total Rewards programme.
