Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, leveraging data-driven analytics to generate actionable business insights. Your responsibilities include developing and sustaining dashboards, reports, and detailed analyses that support decisions grounded in data. Additionally, you will identify emerging trends and propose improvements or new processes to enhance overall business effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with core business teams to optimize processes and specify necessary product features.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Create and update dashboards for monitoring essential business metrics.
• Utilize advanced statistical methods, data mining, and text mining techniques.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in management consulting or dynamic startup environments.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis with advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Excellent abilities in written and verbal communication, research, and analytical thinking.
• A quantitative and qualitative approach to problem-solving within business contexts.
• Experience with modern Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode, Alteryx, or Power BI.
• Prior knowledge of data manipulation using Python or R is advantageous.
