Overview

We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive based at our office in SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. This role involves actively managing and operating our bidding process on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer to secure projects globally. The candidate should bring at least two years of hands-on experience on these platforms, coupled with the skill to understand technical requirements and communicate clearly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company's professional profiles on various bidding websites to attract potential client invitations.
• Evaluate and filter relevant job opportunities suited to the company's services to ensure targeted bidding.
• Analyze project details thoroughly to determine client needs and tailor custom proposals or cover letters accordingly.
• Use strong English written and verbal communication abilities to engage clients effectively, present value propositions, and negotiate terms professionally.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• At least two years of professional experience performing online bidding activities on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
• Solid familiarity with the operational mechanisms of online bidding sites, including bidding strategies, job categorization, payment processes, and client interactions.
• Capability to understand and respond to technical questions associated with project bids.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail when preparing personalized proposals and correspondence.
