About the Role

We are seeking a driven and eager Business Development Executive (BDE) to become part of our team, contributing to company expansion through online bidding and client engagement. This full-time position is based in Mohali and is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who possess strong communication skills and a readiness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential clients by generating leads through multiple online channels.
• Establish contact and build connections with prospective clients.
• Participate in bidding for projects on Upwork and similar freelancing platforms.
• Develop and submit project proposals tailored to client needs.
• Engage in clear and effective communication to fully understand client requirements.
• Liaise with the technical team to ensure project expectations are aligned and met.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and persistently follow up on prospective leads.
• Document daily activities including lead and proposal tracking to stay organized.
• Consistently achieve targets set for business development and support overall company growth.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle client interactions successfully.
• Good presentation skills and the ability to manage client relationships professionally.
• Basic familiarity with IT services and software development concepts.
• Experience or knowledge of freelancing sites like Upwork is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
