Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival at the house entrance.
• Greet and attend to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage guest luggage and handle the parking of valuable vehicles.
• Escort guests to their assigned rooms efficiently.
• Maintain a consistent presence in public spaces and the entrance hall to assist guests.
• Answer incoming calls politely, take accurate messages for guests and management and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide comprehensive advice on the house and surrounding demesne, and conduct daily house tours for guests.
• Support guests in enjoying all demesne activities available.
• Issue and oversee all sports equipment and golf buggies, ensuring proper maintenance.
• Clean, restock, and maintain all fireplaces in public areas.
• Keep public areas neat and monitor guests discreetly without compromising their privacy.
• Collaborate with other departments where needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with guests by providing information and directions as necessary.

Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time role requiring work over five days within a seven-day week. The position involves shift work with three shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, along with occasional night shifts to provide cover. Candidates must be team players passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and capable of excelling in a luxurious hospitality environment.
