Chief Operating Officer

Position Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will direct the company's overarching operational strategy and organizational management while establishing a scalable global business framework. This position ensures efficient operational execution, strong risk management, and the realization of long-term strategic goals within a rapidly expanding environment.

The COO will provide strategic leadership across financial services, digital assets, FinTech innovations, international payments, and global capital operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, the COO is a key member of the executive leadership team involved in critical operational and strategic decisions.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s operational strategy and global growth plans.
• Create a scalable and international operational architecture supporting organizational restructuring for improved efficiency.
• Monitor vital operational metrics to ensure achievement of strategic goals.
• Oversee financial services including payments, clearing, trading, treasury processes, and manage cross-border financial operations.
• Optimize customer experience, streamline business workflows, and manage operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and operational standards.
• Establish and maintain internal control systems and risk management processes, including AML, KYC, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate continuously with regulatory authorities, legal experts, and auditors.
• Champion corporate governance, data protection, and transparency measures.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse international operations team, encouraging collaboration and strong corporate culture.
• Manage senior operational leaders and business heads to boost organizational execution and decision-making quality.
• Support capital fundraising, investor and board communications, and facilitate strategic global partnerships.
• Drive corporate expansion into international markets and oversee market-specific business initiatives.
• Lead innovation efforts integrating FinTech, AI, and digital asset technologies aligned with operational strategies.
• Stay abreast of blockchain, digital payments, and crypto-finance industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Advanced credentials such as MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent international finance qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in finance, FinTech, or international corporate leadership roles.
• At least 8 years experience in senior operational management or COO positions.
• Expertise in international finance, digital assets, payment systems, or cross-border operations is an advantage.

Work Location and Benefits
