About the Role
Teamspace Financial Services Private Limited is looking for a dynamic Collections Executive to handle field visits and manage the recovery of overdue loan payments. This role requires regular on-site interaction with customers who have delinquent loans, aiming to secure repayments through authorized digital payment channels while meeting set targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily visits to clients with outstanding loan payments to collect dues in person.
- Utilize approved digital payment modes to gather overdue amounts from customers.
- Strive to meet and exceed the established collection goals consistently.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication in line with company policies when interacting with customers.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily collection activity reports documenting customer interactions and payment status.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues related to collections promptly.
- Follow all organizational guidelines, regulatory standards, and ethical practices in conducting collections.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Open to fresh graduates, though candidates with up to 1 year of experience in collections or recovery will be preferred.
- Experience in two-wheeler or personal loan collections is an asset.
- Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Male candidates under 35 years are preferred due to the physical nature of the fieldwork.
- Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Position requires full-time fieldwork based in Delhi-NCR region; hiring is city-specific.
- Shift hours are from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM without weekly offs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary up to ₹20,000.
- Additional conveyance allowance of ₹4,000 monthly to cover travel expenses.
