Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Construction Site Supervisor to manage daily on-site operations, ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain safety protocols, and achieve timely project delivery. This role requires effective leadership and technical expertise to collaborate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday construction tasks ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Supervise site laborers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.
• Track project progress closely, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Implement quality control measures and uphold construction standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials and manage inventory records.
• Generate daily progress reports and manage essential site documentation.
• Identify and address on-site challenges swiftly.
• Perform regular site inspections and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, project managers, and clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline throughout the construction site.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience within residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.
• In-depth understanding of construction techniques, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
• Competence in interpreting construction drawings.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
