Role Overview

The Content Operations Manager position is unique, designed not just for content creation but as an educational and strategic development role. You'll begin by writing detailed and valuable content to deeply understand various industries, client businesses, and strategies. Over time, your responsibilities will evolve from content writing to managing projects, guiding teams, and influencing client decisions. This progression leads to leadership roles and executive-level responsibilities within 6 months to 3 years, dependent on performance. Writing remains the foundation for learning, not merely an output.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce 1 to 2 high-quality blog posts daily using internal frameworks.
• Translate complex and technical subjects into clear, focused content for users.
• Perform SEO keyword research and evaluate client websites.

• Engage proactively with a remote team working US hours.
• Assist in developing and executing long-term content strategies.

• Salary range: ₹600,000 to ₹1,000,000 per annum
• Work hours: 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST (6 PM to 2:30 AM IST)
