Role overview

We’re seeking a seasoned and imaginative Creative Content professional with a strong interest in fashion and creative culture. In this role, you will help shape the brand’s visual identity and creative direction across a wide mix of channels, including advertising, marketing, digital, editorial, events, pop-ups, activations, and CRM. You will partner closely with marketing and creative content leaders to produce work that is effective, engaging, and aligned across every platform.

What you’ll do

  • Lead inventive concept development and delivery for marketing, social, campaign, activation, and content initiatives that support business and brand objectives.
  • Own the creative direction, including design, art direction, motion design, AR/VR concepts, gamification, and brand collaborations or partnerships.
  • Work with functional teams and market leads to shape and execute content strategy across channels and media.
  • Maintain creative quality by guiding and developing designers and photographers so the brand identity stays strong and the output remains effective.
  • Protect and evolve the brand’s visual identity, keeping it consistent across all creative work and global platforms.
  • Create and present polished creative decks and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Spot and support promising creative talent within the industry.
  • Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands and talent that fit the company’s values and can help grow the brand.
  • Work with producers to define production methods, workflows, and timelines.
  • Build productive working relationships with agencies and external partners when needed.
  • Review campaign results, market shifts, customer behavior, and competitor activity to guide creative decisions.
  • Serve as a creative leader for the team while collaborating with creative content teammates, photographers, media designers, UI/UX designers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Take on additional job-related responsibilities as required.

What we’re looking for

This role calls for deep experience in conceptual creative development, art direction, and graphic design at a senior level. You should bring at least 8 years of experience in a fashion advertising agency, brand, or similarly creative environment. The position also requires hands-on familiarity with digital and business performance channels, including digital marketing, editorial content, photography, and multimedia production.

You’ll need a proven record of leading a wide variety of creative work, such as brand campaigns, activations, moving image content, design systems, event creatives, digital assets, motion graphics, print, and social content. Strong motion design capability is essential, along with the ability to produce compelling creative assets for both traditional and digital marketing.

We are looking for someone who understands large-scale digital asset production, post-production workflows, and technical requirements for marketing assets such as video formats, email templates, and quality control standards. Familiarity with social platforms, emerging digital formats, and current trends is also important.

Experience creating targeted creative for multiple markets, including Asia, the US, the UK, and non-English-speaking markets, will be valued. You should also have experience in brief development, storyboarding, and on-set art direction for both video and still photography shoots.

Advanced capability in graphic design, typography, art direction, motion graphics animation, AI tools, and Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD is expected. You should bring a strong creative viewpoint, perform well in fast-moving and constantly changing environments, and be comfortable traveling overseas. As a brand guardian, you should also be proactive in building relationships and networks with relevant people and brands for future opportunities.
