About the Role
This opening is for a producer-minded creative who can support projects ranging from iPhone shoots and creator collaborations to social series and CTV work. The role also includes contributing during the concepting and pitch stage, helping shape episodic ideas, and influencing the creative direction of the work.
There is significant room to work on major brand campaigns and high-profile projects. A key advantage of the agency is that clients typically approach them already wanting work that is genuinely funny or compelling, so the briefs are rarely dull.
The company is open to candidates at a wide range of levels, from motivated entry-level talent to creative producers with nearly director-level experience, up to around 7 years in the field.
Responsibilities
- Produce projects that range from quick-turn iPhone shoots and creator partnerships to larger social series and CTV productions.
- Support the concept development stage by turning ideas into client-ready pitches.
- Build out pre-production materials, decks, and production workflows.
- Manage scrappy, low-budget shoots efficiently while protecting creative quality.
- Coordinate crew bookings for productions of roughly 50 to 100 people.
- Handle gear rental workflows, insurance requirements, and COI documentation.
- Work comfortably inside presentation decks and keep projects organized end to end.
- Contribute creative judgment around what content will be worth watching.
Requirements
- Background in production or producing work.
- Experience booking crews ranging from 50 to 100 people.
- Working knowledge of production equipment, rentals, insurance, and certificates of insurance (COIs).
- Ability to convert ideas into polished client pitches and then into pre-production plans and processes.
- Experience producing lean shoots, including the ability to deliver 10 iPhone Reels for under $15K.
- Comfort working in presentation decks and managing projects.
- Strong creative judgment and an understanding of what makes content engaging or worth watching.
- Open to applicants from entry level through nearly 7 years of experience.
