Position Overview

The Creative Production Intern will join SET's team from August 17th to December 18th, 2026. Reporting directly to the Creative Manager, this role involves working up to 40 hours weekly on-site in Beverly Hills, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist talent, crew, and suitable locations for upcoming photoshoots, then help finalize selections.
• Manage and coordinate product samples for all shoots, including logistics for ghost photography, style sheet preparation, courier communication, and shoot readiness.
• Prepare sample packages for campaign and supplemental shoots based on model measurements and shot requirements.
• Maintain and organize product storage bins within the office.
• Assist the team in tracking receipts to accurately update production budgets for each collection.
• Support casting sessions and fittings conducted in the office.
• Provide assistance during local photo shoots through activities such as packing samples, steaming garments, selecting looks, arranging meals, capturing behind-the-scenes content, supporting social media efforts as needed, and functioning as an on-set production assistant.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and personal vehicle access are required.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career path in Creative Production.
• Availability to work three days per week on-site or on set.
• Ability to lift and carry production bins, garment racks, and sample bags weighing approximately 25 to 35 pounds.
• Comfortable standing for prolonged periods during shoot days.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Basic skills in Google Workspace tools, including Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Calendar.
• Experience with steaming clothing items.
• Knowledge of styling or wardrobe management.
• Resourceful, eager to learn, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Detail-focused with a team-oriented attitude.
• Demonstrates strong ownership and takes initiative without needing continual supervision.
• Motivated by the behind-the-scenes aspects of fashion and production.
