Core Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Assist customers with order processing, shipping information, product details, and return procedures.
- Deliver thoughtful, high-quality responses aligned with company service standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum one year of online or remote customer service experience.
- Familiarity with customer support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and approach issues with a solutions-focused mindset.
Technical Requirements
- Personal computer or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or an equivalent.
- Internet connection with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps upload and download.
