This opening is for a Customer Support Executive based in Kolkata. The position focuses on handling inbound customer calls, addressing queries and complaints, and delivering end-to-end support to customers.

Key Details

• This is a work-from-office role in Kolkata.
• Applicants must be comfortable with rotational day shifts; there are no night shifts.
• Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is mandatory, along with average/basic English communication skills.
