Data Analyst

Role overview

This position is offered on behalf of a partner of Haystack. The selected candidate will support fulfillment-center operations through data analysis, process improvement, and hands-on coordination with inbound and outbound teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with inbound and outbound operations groups to deliver analytical insights and data support.
• Help drive ACES efforts by investigating issues, identifying underlying causes, and supporting corrective actions.
• Contribute to Inventory Control and Quality Assurance activities while helping maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Assist operational leaders and associates in improving performance across fulfillment-center workflows.
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of production areas and review operational processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Share work instructions with associates, help keep teams engaged, and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications and related tools.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and remain on your feet for shifts of up to 12 hours.
• Comfort with frequent physical movement such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including overtime when needed.
• Flexibility to cover weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduling requires.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers hourly pay in the range of USD 23.00 to USD 25.00, with eligibility for overtime earnings and performance-based bonuses.
