Role Overview
Delivery Associates are integral to QuickBox’s operations, responsible for ensuring precise and timely deliveries within designated service zones. Operating remotely on a full-time basis, associates organize daily delivery routes, verify orders, and maintain communication with dispatch teams and clients to manage any issues and share delivery progress updates.
The role involves careful handling of packages, confirming delivery details, keeping detailed records, and adhering to company safety and compliance protocols. Delivery Associates also assist in basic inventory control related to pickups and drop-offs, communicate any operational difficulties, and participate in improving delivery workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities for effective engagement with clients, dispatch personnel, and partners.
- Skills in inventory management and supply chain processes to support precise goods tracking and delivery efficiency.
- Awareness of procurement and foundational logistics understanding for coordinating order handling and vendors.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license if required, a clean driving record, and knowledge of local routes and navigation tools.
- Capability to work independently in a remote, fast-moving environment, managing time well and handling multiple deliveries daily.
- Familiarity with mobile applications or delivery management software used for route planning, status reporting, and documentation.
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or courier services is advantageous but not obligatory.
