Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and perform troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, and various hardware devices.
• Install, configure, and resolve issues related to different operating systems.
• Diagnose network-related problems and handle application update management.
• Ensure network security by regularly updating antivirus and firewall systems.
• Set up and maintain IP phone headsets, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Manage service desk activities by addressing support tickets and service requests efficiently.
• Handle urgent escalations and high-priority problems to minimize business disruption.
• Oversee distribution and upkeep of IT infrastructure assets.

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have completed a Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics and Computer Engineering, or related fields.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess excellent English communication skills.
• Male candidates only.
• Experience range between 1 to 5 years in desktop support or similar roles.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of no more than 15 days are preferred.
