Role Overview

We are expanding our AI team and seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to lead the scaling, automation, and security of our AI infrastructure. This role demands responsibility for architecting and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and supporting cloud platforms to enable robust AI and machine learning workflows. Ideal candidates are motivated by dynamic, fast-paced settings and passionate about delivering scalable AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines for AI models, APIs, and related applications.
• Deploy, optimize, and safeguard cloud infrastructure, preferably on AWS or GCP, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage containerized environments utilizing Docker and Kubernetes platforms such as EKS and GKE.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and developers to automate data workflows, model training, deployment, and monitoring systems.
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Oversee system monitoring, troubleshoot production issues, and guarantee reliable uptime.
• Adhere to best practices in DevOps methodology, security protocols, version control, and documentation standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years in DevOps, site reliability, or related infrastructure roles.
• Expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong grasp of CI/CD concepts with hands-on experience in tools including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Experience managing infrastructure as code via Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, security measures, and access control.
• Experience or exposure to AI or machine learning deployment pipelines is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including data scientists, engineers, and product owners.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI/ML orchestration tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
• Understanding of GPU/TPU configurations and auto-scaling for training and inference workloads.
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.
