Role Overview
We seek a dedicated full-time Digital Designer specializing in UI/UX to join our London-based office. Candidates should have at least three years of experience, preferably in an agency environment, and exhibit a strong proficiency in digital design across websites, emails, banners, apps, social media posts, and broader digital experiences. This position requires a keen interest in digital innovation and advancing design methodologies.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise
- Design and develop digital experiences including websites, user interfaces, and online marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain component libraries and sophisticated design systems.
- Execute UX and interaction design with attention to layout, hierarchy, typography, interactive states, and link logic.
- Collaborate closely with developers and UX/art directors to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Deep passion for design and brand development.
- Technical understanding of holistic digital user experiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong UX/UI design know-how supported by research-driven insights.
- Ability to construct sitemaps, intuitive information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Expertise in Figma and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including InDesign, Illustrator, XD, and Photoshop.
- Open to exploring AI tools in design workflows thoughtfully and intentionally.
- Collaborative mindset and technical adaptability within a creative team setting.
Desirable but Not Essential
- Experience with 3D software for creating assets in environments like WebGL and ThreeJS.
- Skills in brand design support.
- Knowledge of animation creation using Adobe After Effects.
- Experience designing interfaces for sales aids, interactive infographics, and unique platforms.
