Role Overview
As part of WGA's growth, the company seeks a Document Controller to join their national Document Control team in Adelaide. This full-time, onsite role involves managing document control procedures to ensure compliance and quality across multiple projects. The position requires a proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong relationship-building skills to support internal teams and clients effectively.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain project-specific document control procedures ensuring compliance with document, information, and records management standards.
- Process, check, and maintain internal and external project deliverables throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate across multiple projects, balancing priorities efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years' experience in document control, preferably within major projects.
- Experienced with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong administrative and planning capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Australian citizenship required to obtain Baseline security clearance.
