Job Overview

The organization is looking for a dependable and professional Driver based in Accra, Ghana, specifically residing in or near Madina, Adenta, or Oyarifa. This full-time role involves supporting daily company operations by providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation for staff, executives, and handling various business errands.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring safe and punctual transport services for employees and company activities
• Planning travel routes in advance to consider traffic conditions and ensure timeliness
• Executing official errands such as deliveries and pick-ups as delegated
• Maintaining cleanliness, adequate fuel, and good operational condition of the vehicle at all times
• Promptly reporting vehicle malfunctions, maintenance needs, or any incidents
• Keeping detailed logs of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle upkeep
• Adhering to all traffic laws and company driving policies
• Performing routine pre-trip checks of oil, water, tires, and lights
• Perform any additional related tasks as assigned by management

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Demonstrated experience driving professionally, ideally within corporate settings
• Strong familiarity with Accra’s road networks, particularly the Madina, Adenta, and Oyarifa areas
• Dependability, punctuality, and proactive work ethics
• Effective communication skills in English
• Presentable appearance with a courteous, professional demeanor
• Residency in or near Madina, Adenta, or Oyarifa is mandatory
